With a rich history, the Waterworks property is essential for the connectivity of the Riverwalk Trail system, attracting new visitors to Pagosa Springs, and as a key focal point of interest for residence and guests alike. The future development of the site remains unknown, and it is the purpose of this committee to address the wants and needs of the community thoughout the planning process!
